How long does it take to receive an order?
Our goal is to have your item/s delivered to you within 2 weeks.
How will you ship my order?
All orders are sent via New Zealand Courier Post.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Credit Card payments via Paypal. Also New Zealand Bank Transfer is accepted.
What do I do if I receive a damaged garment?
Contact us and request a return authorization.
Is postage included in the price?
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST. However postage is calculated on checkout.

We offer a FREE gift wrapping service for all our customers. Simply just request it on checkout and let us know the 'Occassion' and we will have your gift wrapped for that 'Special' someone in your life.

Do you deliver to countries outside of New Zealand?
We deliver to New Zealand only. Shirley Of Hollywood lingerie is available all over the world.
What happens if the item that I ordered is out of stock?
If the products you ordered are out of stock you will be notified. All out of stock orders take 14-28 days for delivery. You will be offered the opportunity to change the item for another, cancel it from your order or place it on backorder.
How do I choose the color of my item?
On checkout there will be an 'Additional Comments' box. In here you can write the color that you desire. All items have the color listed in the summary.
How do I know what size to choose?
Simply have a look at the 'Size Chart' and go from there. If still un-sure contact us and we can offer assistance.
